Intermittent Home Health Services

Billed per visit, usual and customary rates change on a yearly basis, Inquire with agency for current contract rates for Medicare and Insurance. Most insurance accepted.

Progressive Nursing Services, Inc. our Medicare / Medicaid certified agency will bill $150.00 for all intermittent skilled nursing visits and $49.00 for CNA (unlicensed services). Contractural agreements may be established with funding sources and provider groups.

Registered Nurse, Therapy and Social Services available.

Skilled intermittent services must be ordered by your physician for us to bill Medicare or Insurance.

Specialists in Ventilator, Tracheostomy, Wound, Quad care and IV infusion for people of all ages including infants up to 24 hours per day.

Hourly Come and Go Services

Caregiver Professional $18.00-20.00 per hour with 2 hour minimum . Bathing, personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, shopping, light housekeeping and companion services.

Daily Live-in Services

Caregiver Professional or CNA - $ 250.00 / Day when live-in caregiver staff available.

Private pay clients are required to pay A Placement Fee (equal to one week's billing) is paid to the agency upon acceptance of the caregiver.
